It’s that time of year again when NBA dancers sacrifice family time, opening presents, drinking spiked egg nog and hitting the bars with girlfriends to perfect their Christmas timeout routines. While NFL cheerleaders look at Halloween as a cheerleading holiday, NBA dancers do the same with Christmas.
The Bucks dance team spent the weekend showing off a Christmas routine that included dunking elves, giant Christmas trees and candy canes, dancers in Santa helper costumes and the flair of a Vegas production.
Of course the Bucks lost to the Cavs, but this is December NBA we’re talking about. You only need worry about how the dancers are celebrating the holiday. Worry about the standings after the all-star break.

- 12 p.m.: Boston Celtics at Brooklyn Nets on ESPN
- 3 p.m.: New York Knicks at L.A. Lakers on ABC
- 5:30 p.m.: Oklahoma City Thunder at Miami Heat on ABC
- 8 p.m.: Houston Rockets at Chicago Bulls on ESPN
- 10:30 p.m.: Denver Nuggets at L.A. Clippers on ESPN
